The adjacent possible is a term coined by evolutionary biologist Stuart Kauffman to describe the ever-changing landscape of innovation and imagination. It refers to the notions and opportunities that exist just outside our current reality, but are accessible through creative exploration. This creative exploration can enable us to break through old boundaries and venture into unknown and unexplored realms of possibility. By actively engaging in the adjacent possible and exploring new horizons, we open up a universe of previously unknown opportunities that can enable us to break through existing limitations and extend the boundaries of what is possible.
